Carl Jensen's 2002

A quick overview of Carl Jensen's 1972 2002 restoration....

Carl spent a couple years getting his 2002 to the state its in now, and I've put together some pictures showing some of the work. I've driven this car a handful of times and its a blast to drive, and needless to say, it turns a lot of heads!

Body and Paint...
Quite a bit of work had to be done to the quarter panels	Rear panel was replaced	Primer/Sealer goes on	Ready for blocking
Engine compartment gets color and clear coat	Another engine compartment shot	Like a mirror!	Painted in sections to allow more attention to detail
Nose shot		Spare tire well was replaced. It's a little dusty when this picture was taken	This is Tom. He works the magic!
Engine and Suspension...
Carl actually worked on this car!	Nice mirror shine!	Brembo aluminum brake calipers.	Front suspension.
Rear suspension. Bilstein Sports and 320i brakes.	Limited slip rearend.	Summit Racing battery box. Quite the hefty enclosure.	Super Sprint exhaust.
A couple Weber's to help the car move.	Nice!	Throttle linkage. Picture is a little blurry.	In-line kill switch for the battery.
15" Panasports	I guess the mirror finish didn't scare this cat away!
